Introduction

The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the HeadshotPro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App to generate AI-powered image results.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide image generation, manage usage, and support purchases.

  • Uploaded Photos and Prompts: Photos, images, and related instructions you choose to submit are used to generate or edit your requested result.
  • Generated Results: Output images and related metadata may be processed so the App can deliver, display, or restore your requested result.
  • Device Identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID used for usage limits, credits, security, and abuse prevention. This ID is not designed to identify you personally.
  • Usage Data: Anonymous, aggregated analytics through TelemetryDeck to understand App performance and improve functionality.
  • Subscription and Credit Purchase Information: Apple provides purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information for subscriptions and consumable credit packs. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

  • Camera: Used to capture photos that you choose to submit for AI image generation or editing.
  • Photo Library: Used to select existing photos that you choose to submit for AI image generation or editing.

How We Use Your Information

  • To generate, edit, deliver, and display AI-powered image results you request
  • To manage subscriptions, consumable credit packs, entitlements, and usage limits
  • To prevent abuse, protect service reliability, and troubleshoot errors
  • To analyze anonymous usage patterns and improve the App

AI Processing and Model Training

Uploaded photos and prompts are sent to AI image generation or editing providers only to create the result you requested. We do not use your uploaded photos, prompts, or generated results to train models, and we require our AI image providers to process submitted content only to provide the requested features.

Face Data

Some photos you choose to submit may contain your face. We treat any facial imagery in those photos as sensitive and handle it as follows:

  • What we collect: Only the photos you actively select or capture and submit for image generation. We do not scan, map, or extract facial geometry, faceprints, or other biometric identifiers, and we do not use face data to identify or recognize you.
  • How it is used: Facial imagery in a submitted photo is used solely to generate the AI image result you requested in that session. It is not used for advertising, profiling, identification, or any other purpose.
  • Sharing: Submitted photos are sent only to our AI image generation providers to produce your requested result. We do not sell face data and do not share it with any other third parties.
  • Retention: Submitted photos are processed transiently to create your result and are not retained for model training or identity matching. Generated results may be stored briefly only to deliver and display them to you, and you can delete saved results in the App.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • AI Image Providers: Process uploaded photos, prompts, and generated image data to provide the requested image generation or editing features.
  • TelemetryDeck: Privacy-friendly analytics that does not collect personal data. See TelemetryDeck's Privacy Policy.
  • Apple App Store: Handles subscriptions, consumable credit pack purchases, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management.

Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded photos, prompts, and generated results are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested result, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, or resolve support issues. Anonymous analytics may be retained for up to 12 months. Device identifiers used for usage limits may expire after inactivity. You may contact us to request deletion of data associated with your App usage where we can reasonably locate it.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). We use reasonable security measures to protect the limited data we process, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your use of the App. You can contact us with privacy requests, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
